National Rental Affordability Scheme

The National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) is a $823 million, four-year plan being undertaken by both Federal and State Governments, to help increase the number of affordable rental dwellings in Australia.

Premier Consulting, in conjunction with Roland Naufal (4C's Living Well) and Lesley Dredge (ACSA), have completed a financial feasibility report of the NRAS program.

The report lists all model assumptions, with the aim of providing potential applicants with an understanding of the financial implications of the scheme.
